• Underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons
• Custom or personalized items

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Include a copy of your order confirmation in the package.

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.

5. Refund Process

• Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
• Please note that depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and send you the correct item or a replacement.
